Types & Specifications
We offer two flexible options to meet different needs:
- Triple-cut physical SIM: Compatible with all standard card slots.
- eSIM (Digital SIM): Convenient and efficient, highly recommended as the preferred choice.
Device Compatibility
All unlocked mobile phones, tablets, and eSIM-enabled devices are supported. Enjoy wide adaptability without worrying about device compatibility issues.
Ordering & Payment
- Information Verification: The system automatically verifies the recipient’s address and contact information (phone number/email) provided by the user. If the format is incorrect, the user will be prompted to correct it before submission.
- Payment Methods: Relying on the bank payment system to verify the compliance of payment card information. In case of payment abnormalities (such as insufficient balance, etc.), users will be prompted to change the payment method or contact the issuing bank for verification.
- Transaction Receipt: After successful payment, the order center will automatically generate a transaction receipt and send it to the user’s registered email. It includes core information such as order number, order time, payment amount, and generation time, which can be used for personal consumption record keeping and order verification.

- Delivery area: Mainland China only
- Courier: SF Express (default)
- Processing time: Shipped within 2–3 working days
- Delivery time: Approximately 5 working days
- Shipping fee: Free standard delivery
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are not sent automatically. To inquire, email your order number to [email protected]; our customer servicewill reply within 12 hours.
eSIM (Digital Delivery)
- Coverage: Global, no regional restrictions
- Delivery time: The QR code sent to your email within 5 minutes of payment. For system delays, it will be resent within 24 hours.
- Shipping fee: No extra charge

Installation Guide
Before You Start
- Make sure your device is not carrier-locked.
- Maintain a stable internet connection during eSIM/SIM installation.
- eSIM activation usually takes 5–10 minutes. If it takes longer, toggle Wi‑Fi on your device.
Physical SIM Cards
- Use the provided SIM eject tool to open the SIM tray.
- Break out the correct size (Mini/Micro/Nano) from the triple-cut card.
- Insert into the tray and push back into the phone.
- Enable Data Roaming.
eSIM(Digital Cards)
For iPhone (iOS)
- Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Service.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Select Use QR Code.
- Tap Confirm.
For Android (Samsung / Pixel)
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager.
- Tap Add Mobile Plan / Add eSIM.
- Select to scan the carrier QR code.
- Tap Confirm.
Returns & Refunds
Physical SIM Cards
- Lost or damaged package: Contact [email protected] for replacement or full refund.
eSIM(Digital Cards)
- Not received / invalid code: Provide your order number to [email protected] for resending (verified within 12 hours). Full refund if still unusable.
- Device incompatibility: Please confirm eSIM support before ordering. If activation fails due to incompatible devices, you may apply for a full refund within 7 days of ordering (provide device model and activation failure screenshot).
